Description
Yewlands is a house dating from the early 19th century, with 20th-century rear extensions. It is constructed of brick and flint and features a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing west, has two storeys and three windows, with the centre being blank. The roof is plain with a catslide at the rear and has brick dentil eaves. The walls display horizontal bands of flint, with brick quoins, bands, and cambered arches. Above the central door, there is a panel made of blue headers with a red lozenge. The windows are casements, and the 20th-century doorway has a four-panelled door beneath an open porch, which is topped with a hipped tiled canopy supported by posts.
