Description

The property is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Penton Lane, Penton Grafton. It is constructed from flint and brick, with a tile roof. The west-facing front of the house presents a near-symmetrical facade of two storeys and three windows. The roof is hipped and features a brick eaves fascia. The brick walls have four large flint panels on each floor and the plinth, with a thin band separating the first floor. The walls feature cambered arches and a stepped plinth. Early Victorian sash windows are present. A six-panelled door, with two glazed panels at the top, is set within a plain frame and accessed via a wood trellis porch.
