Description

Blue Bell Farm Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Penton Lane in Penton Grafton. It is constructed of flint with brick quoins, a floor band, rubbed flat arches, and a cement plinth. The cottage has a symmetrical west front, featuring one storey and an attic, with three windows. The roof is ½-hipped, with eyebrow dormers. Casement windows are present, with two small roundels on each side of the door, now filled. A 20th-century one-and-a-half-glazed door sits within an open porch. This building possesses group value from its contribution to the historic character of the area.
