Description

Hatherden Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and four windows on the west front, topped with a hipped roof. The walls are laid in Flemish bond with blue headers and have rubbed flat arches. The windows are Victorian sashes. An Ionic porch, supported by two pilasters and two plain columns with large volutes, leads to a six-panelled door beneath a plain fanlight. The other walls of the farmhouse include flint panels.
