Description
The Hamster Public House is a public house dating from the late 18th century, with 20th-century rear extensions. It is constructed of flint and brick and features a thatched roof. The building is one storey high with an attic and has three windows. The roof is half-hipped at the south end, with the eaves raised above the dormers, and hipped at the north end, where it is brought to a low eaves above an outshot. The flint walls include brick loins, bands, and cambered arches, all of which are now painted. The windows are casements, and there is a half-glazed door set within a half-glazed porch.
