Description
Hatherden Manor Farmhouse is a house from the early 19th century. It has a rendered front and a slate roof. The west-facing side is regular, featuring two storeys and four windows. The plain rendering is likely from the 20th century, while the other walls are made of flint with brick quoins, cambered arches, and bands. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there is one large rectangular bay from the 20th century. The doorcase has a moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, with panelled thin pilasters and a six-panelled door, two of which are glazed. Inside, there are plain early 19th-century features, including a staircase and fireplace, along with 17th-century beams that suggest a timber-framed origin.
