Description

This is a lodge dwelling, likely dating from around 1830. It is characterised by rendered walls and a low-pitched slate roof. The north-west facing front is symmetrical, composed of a 1-1-1 window arrangement. A gabled projection dominates the centre. Simple eaves moulding and a plinth are visible. The windows are sash windows set within reveals. An entrance is positioned on the east side of the central projection, featuring a half-glazed door. A brick chimney stack rises from the centre, with separated flues connected by a head with a moulded cap and a plain base.
