Description
South Lodge to Winchfield House is an early 19th-century lodge, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It comprises a single-storey rectangular block with a half-hexagonal east end, and a later, simpler wing to the north. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The walls are painted rendered, with architraves and a plinth. The entrance features a porch supported by two columns, topped by a flat pediment with simple details. A red brick chimney stack, dating from around 1890, has bands, straps, a plinth, and chamfered corners. The windows are casements.
