Description
Dennetts Farmhouse is a stable block that has been converted into a farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century, with changes made in the late 20th century. The building features early thin brick with flint bands and brick dressings, topped by a plain tile roof. It is a nine-bay block that faces the road, with a large brick archway at the road end now fitted with garage doors. In the fourth bay from the road end, there is a four-pane door set beneath a round-headed arch. This bay also has a rubbed brick arch over a modern square eight-pane sash window. Above the door is a gabled dormer, and the other bays feature Velux windows. The far four bays are open-fronted cart bays supported by timber posts. The roof is half-hipped at the road end.
