Description

Mintey's Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of painted brick and has a thatched roof. The main structure is two storeys high and three bays wide, with a service wing to the rear. The front features a central gabled porch with a cambered archway. Inside the porch is a 6-flush-panel top-lit door. The ground floor has three 3-light casement windows, each fitted with louvred shutters. A string course runs across the first floor, below three 2-light casement windows, also with louvred shutters. The gable walls are kneelered, and there are end stacks.
