Description

The Dial House is a house that dates from the 17th century, with extensions from the 18th and 19th centuries. It features flint brick bands, brick dressings, and additions, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building has three bays and is low with two storeys, resting on a plinth. The front has a gable on the right-hand bay, which contains a plank door. The other wide bays have three or four-light casements. On the first floor, there are two or three-light casements in each bay, with two in the right-hand brick bay. The roof is hipped, and there are stacks positioned behind the ridge in the left-hand bay, to the left of the centre ridge stack, and on the gable of the right-hand bay.
