Description
The Old Court House is a house dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick and features a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a single storey, three bay service range at the far end that is positioned at right angles to the main structure, along with a side outshot. The garden front includes a plank door located under a thatch hood supported by posts in the center. On either side of the door are three-light casements set beneath segmental arches, while the first floor has two-light casements of a similar style. There are end stacks on the building. The rear features a large hipped porch at the center, with similar casements on either side in the outshot.
