Description

Bay Tree Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage constructed of painted brick with slate-hanging on the front and a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and features two bays. It has a central tiled gabled porch with an internal plank door. On either side of the porch, there are three-light segmental head casement windows. Above, there are two-light eyebrow dormers. The roof is half-hipped on the right-hand side, with a stack located on the left-hand side.
