Description
Job's Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 18th century. It has a timber-framed structure with colourwashed brick infill and features a thatched half-hipped roof. The building is designed in an L-shape, consisting of one storey and attics. On the south elevation, the ground floor has two 3-light casement windows, while the attic features two dormers with broad 2-light casements, all of which have glazing bars. The roof slope descends over a 20th-century brick porch that has a plank door. The central chimney stack has been removed. The rear block has had its ground floor replaced with colourwashed brick, and there is a rebuilt integral stack on the north gable. Both blocks include lean-to additions within the northwest angle.
