SP 9432-9532 WOBURN LEIGHTON STREET (North side) 8/119 - No. 4a (Hairizon) GV II House, converted for commercial use. C18, possibly reworking an earlier structure. Red brick, laid in header bond to front elevation. C20 tile roof. 3 window facade. 2 storeys. Ground floor has 2 tripartite sash windows with glazing bars. First floor has central sash window flanked by sashes of broader proportions, all 3 with glazing bars. Central doorway has 6 panel door and rectangular fanlight within moulded pilastered surround. Chimney stacks removed. Included for its group value.
