Description
Laurelin House and Luxton House is a building that has been converted into two houses. It dates from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. The structure is built of brick with a channelled render and has a plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high, featuring stacks positioned at the centre left and projecting at each end. The front has a regular arrangement of four windows, which include alternate glazing bar sash windows and tripartite sash windows. There is a panelled and glazed door located at the centre left, which is accompanied by a blocked semi-circular traceried fan light and moulded wood surrounds with a flat hood supported on brackets. The return fronts are made of English bond red brick and include a plat band and cornice.
