Description
Bobbing Court is an 18th-century house located on the north-west side of Sheppey Way in Bobbing. The building features grey headers with red brick window dressings and quoins, topped with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high with a parapet, although the cornice has been removed, leaving a visible scar. The hipped roof has stacks located at the rear right, end right, and projecting left.
The house has a regular arrangement of six windows on the first floor, which are glazing bar sashes with blind hoods and gauged heads. The centre-right window above the door features a pediment. On the ground floor, there are five gauged-headed glazing bar sashes and a six-panelled door located centre-right, which is set within a 19th-century porch that has half-glazed doors. The porch is supported by Doric columns and has a flat corniced hood.
