The Blacksmiths House at The Forge is an early 19th-century house located on Hook Lane in Hook. It features grey headers with red brick window dressings, quoins, and a plinth. The building has a hipped slate roof with a large central chimney and an additional chimney. It is two storeys high and has three early 19th-century casement windows with glazing bars. A central trellised porch adds to its charm.
