Description

Post Box Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed cottage located on Hook Park Road. The eastern end of the cottage features substantial exposed framing, while the western end has lighter framing with infilling of red brick and grey headers. The main facade facing south has been refaced with red brick. The cottage has a thatched roof and is 1 and a half storeys tall, with one dormer and three casement windows that have lozenged glazing. Post Box Cottage and Hook Cottage form a group.
