Substantial framing exposed at east end, lighter being at west ends with infilling of red brick and grey headers. South or main facade refaced with red brick. Thatched roof. 1 1/2 storeys with 1 dormer 3 windows, casements with lozenged glazing. Hook Cottage and Post Box Cottage form a group.
