Description

Little Swarling is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Watery Lane. The cottage features red brick infilling and has a north front that is faced with tarred weatherboarding. It stands two storeys high with a gable end facing north. The first floor of the south front extends over a small bay on the ground floor below it. The roof is tiled, with a pertice on the east side and a red brick chimneystack on the west, while the south end is hipped. The cottage has two casement windows and a simple doorcase.
