Dormer Cottage is a 17th century or earlier, one-storey building with a timber frame and painted brick infill. The front elevation is roughcast. It features a steeply pitched roof that is partly tiled and partly thatched, with one modern dormer. The cottage has three modern casement windows and a small later gabled porch.
