Description

Valley Side is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of The Street in Petham. It is two storeys high and constructed of brick, which is now painted. The building features a hipped tiled roof and a modillion eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are three sashes with intact glazing bars. The ground floor has two small bays, and the entrance is accessed by four steps leading up to a doorcase adorned with fluted pilasters and a cornice, with a door that has six fielded panels. A footscraper is also present.
