Description

Little Abshot Farmhouse is a 17th-century building that was formerly divided into three cottages. It features a painted brick facade at the north end, which is weatherboarded. The farmhouse has a half-hipped tiled roof with a large central chimney and stands two storeys high. It has five windows, which include both sashes and casements with glazing bars. A gabled wooden porch with a scalloped bargeboard is situated below the chimney. Attached to the north end is a painted brick outbuilding. Little Abshot Farmhouse is part of a group that includes Great Abshot House and its stables, as well as the barn at Great Abshot Farm, which is considered a building of local interest.
