Description
Earl's Charity is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century located on Hunts Pond Road in Titchfield Common. It is constructed of red brick with some grey headers and features an old tiled roof with end chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has five windows, which are two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a central door. It is said to have been a former Pest House.
