Description
Chawton Park Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century, which has undergone significant restorations and an extension in the 20th century. The building features brickwork in Flemish bond, a first-floor band, and a plinth. It has a plain roof with three hipped dormers and 20th-century 'Georgian' panelled stacks. The south front is two storeys high and has a symmetrical five-window layout, along with a west side wing that is two storeys and has an attic with one window, also from the 20th century. The windows are designed with mullions and transoms, and there is a 20th-century brick porch.
