Description
Lower Wyke Farmhouse is a late 18th-century building. It has a symmetrical front facing south, featuring two storeys and three windows. The roof is tiled and hipped at the southeast corner, with brick dentil eaves. The walls are rendered with a plinth. The windows are modern casements. There is a solid porch added in the mid-19th century, which has a dentil cornice, an arched opening with impost bands, a plinth, and sidelights. The east elevation also has three windows, constructed of painted brickwork with cambered openings on the ground floor, and features casements.
