Description

Bourne Cottage is a building dating from the 18th century to the early 19th century. It is a single storey with an attic and features four windows. The cottage has a half-hipped thatch roof with three eyebrow dormers. The walls are constructed of red brickwork in Flemish bond, with a section of flint panels on the east side. The upper gables display exposed framing. The windows are casements, and there is one plain door alongside another door that has side windows.
