Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a building dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is a single storey with an attic and features four windows. The roof is covered with red tiles, gabled at the north end and half hipped at the south. There are three gabled dormers, with their cills resting on the eaves. The cottage has a stack and an exposed timber frame, although this is missing at the north end and part of the ground floor. The remaining structure is made of red brickwork. The windows are casements with leaded lights, and there is a plain door.
