Description
Peach House is a house that showcases architectural features from the 17th century, 18th century, and mid-19th century. At the rear, there is a two-bay timber-frame structure with additions to the south and west. The symmetrical front, which dates from the mid-19th century, is two storeys high and has two windows. It has a hipped tile roof that is lowered on each side. The walls are made of stucco and feature end pilasters. The ground floor windows are adorned with a cornice on brackets and a plinth. The windows are casements. The modern doorway includes an older half-glazed door. The earlier part of the house is one storey with an attic, featuring dormers that are hipped on the south side and gabled on the north side. This section has rendered walls, casement windows, and two old simple doorways with pediment hoods on brackets. The west elevation includes later additions.
