Description
Longhouse is a building dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, with some recent alterations. It stands two storeys high and features irregular window arrangements. The roof is hipped and thatched, with tile roofing on the outshots. The structure is timber-framed, with the upper part exposed and flint and brick nogging in thin bands. The south side extension is made of flint with red brick quoins and horizontal bands. The north gable has a tapered stack that is tied to the lower walling made of red brick in Flemish bond, with blue headers. The building includes modern casements and a porch, along with some modern extensions that are partly tiled and partly thatched.
