Description

Whitefloods is a building that dates from the 16th century, 18th century, and modern times. It is a single storey with an attic and features a thatched roof that slopes down to low eaves on the west side and at both the north and south ends. The building has three eyebrow dormers. Some of the walls display heavy exposed timber-framing with painted brick infill, while other sections are made of painted brickwork in Flemish bond, featuring cambered openings on the ground floor. There are also outshots made of painted brickwork. The windows are casements, and there is a plain doorway located under a wide open porch that has a shingled roof.
