Description

Court Hay, located at 41 Mermaid Street, is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features one window. The exterior is stuccoed, with a curved window on both the ground and first floors, and the glazing bars remain intact. The doorway is framed with fluted detailing and has a small flat hood supported by slender wooden columns, creating a very small porch. Above the door is a rectangular fanlight, and the entrance itself consists of a six-panel door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. Court Hay is part of a group of listed buildings on Mermaid Street.
