In one roof span with No 13 WEST STREET (qv). Early C19. 3 storeys. 1 window. Stuccoed. Curved window on the ground and 1st floor. Glazing bars intact. Doorway in fluted frame with small flat hood supported by slender wooden columns forming a very small porch. Rectangular fanlight. 6-panel door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed.
