Description

This house, known as "Twelve" by its occupants, is officially listed as No 14. It features a largely 18th-century front that is part of an earlier building. The house has two storeys and two windows. The majority of the front is covered in weatherboarding, while the right half of the ground floor is made of painted brick on a rubble base. There is one gable at the south end. The house has 18th-century sash windows and two doorways, each with small flat hoods supported by brackets. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 and 2, Norman House, The Tower House, Lamb House, Nos 13 to 17 in succession, and No 1 Mermaid Street.
