2, West Street

No. 2 West Street is a late 17th-century building that stands two storeys high and features two windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a tiled roof. The first floor has casement windows, one of which retains its original small square leaded panes, while the ground floor is fitted with sash windows. At the northern end of the house, there is a carriageway that passes through the building, with a loft door situated above it. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 and 2, Norman House, The Tower House, Lamb House, and Nos 13 to 17, as well as No. 1 Mermaid Street.
