Description

This is an early 19th-century building on George Street. The exterior is roughcast over original stucco, with a slate roof. It is three storeys high. The ground floor now houses a restaurant with a modern front and a perspex box fascia sign. Above the ground floor, the first and second floors feature pilasters and an entablature with a large cornice and parapet. The first floor has large sash windows with glazing bars and margin lights, with pilasters featuring capitals and a segmental pediment topped with acroteria. The second floor has two small sash windows without glazing bars, set within moulded architraves and supported by cill brackets. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings along George Street.
