Description

This is a threshing barn located approximately 8 meters northeast of Blagrove Farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century. The barn is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof that is now covered in corrugated iron, featuring a gabled design that is half hipped at the north end. It consists of three framed bays and has a brick plinth. On the west side, there are large wagon doors and two small pivot lights, while the north end features a 19th-century double hung sash window with glazing bars. The interior includes a queen post roof with clasped through purlins, reduced principal rafters above the purlin, and curved windbraces, along with jowled posts.
