Description
This is a threshing barn located 20 meters north of Park Farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century and the 19th century. It features a timber-frame structure with red brick infill and a plain-tiled roof. On the northwest side, there is a wagon door opening with boarded doors, and at the north end, there is a pitch door opening. The barn consists of three bays, with the timber framing reaching a height of three panels on each wall and straight upward wall bracing. The south end was extended in the early 19th century using red brick, and the rear wall facing the yard has been rebuilt with a diaper pattern of breathers. Inside, the barn has four bays, with two tiers of wind bracing through purlins and raking struts connecting to tie beams and collars.
