Description
East Lodge to Sunninghill Park is a lodge that has been converted into a house. It was built in the early 19th century in the cottage orne style and underwent alterations in the 20th century. The building is made of painted brick and features a thatched, gabled roof. It has a double-depth plan with the front range positioned at the west end, running at right angles.
The exterior is a single storey and includes four brick chimneys topped with tall clay pots. The windows are 20th-century casements with two and three lights, featuring glazing bars in the upper half and segmental heads, all set under segmental brick arches. There is a 20th-century half-glazed entrance door on the west front, which is located in an enclosed porch that has a hipped thatched roof and a lattice front. The interior has not been inspected.
