Lodge, now small house. Early C19, altered and extended C20. Painted roughcast; pantiled gabled and half-hipped roof. Irregular plan with gable facing road. EXTERIOR: one storey and attic, and one storey. One end gable chimney cut down with clay pot . Casement windows with pointed heads and gothic glazing bars above transom. Entrance (west) front: one bay gable on left overhanging half-glazed entrance door with one window on each side. Gable is supported on 4 slim wooden posts. Flat-roof extension projecting at an angle on right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
