Description

The building is an outbuilding located north-east of The Cedars in Sunninghill, dating from the early 19th century. It has been altered and refurbished in the late 20th century. The structure features painted roughcast walls and a near-pyramidal thatched roof, with a rectangular plan that has an angled end on the north-west side.

Externally, it is a single-storey building with a brick chimney topped by a tall clay pot. The north-west end has wide overhanging eaves supported by five wooden posts, and it includes a half-glazed door with glazing bars and a pointed arch above, adorned with Gothick tracery. The front of the building has a plain door with a glazed upper half, flanked by one-light casement windows on either side, both featuring glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
