Lodge, now house. Mid C19. Painted brick, with hipped patterned tile roof and tile crest. Large side wall stack with 3 coped octagonal flues. Dentillated first floor band. 2 storeys; 2 x 2 windows. Windows are mainly casements with stone mullions. First floor windows are in through-eaves dormers with shouldered coped gables. On the drive side, an open wooden porch with steeply gabled roof, covering a plank door. C20 window to right, dormer above. Left return, to Derby Road, has a canted bay window, 4-lights, with hipped roof. Above it, a dormer, and a blank to left. At the rear, a similar dormer.
