House, now school of music. c1825. Roughcast, with hipped slate roof and a rendered ridge stack. Plinth, wooden eaves cornice on brackets. 2 storeys; 5 x 3 windows. Windows are mainly original glazing bar sashes. Central doorway with flat hood, altered to a window, flanked by 2 tall sashes. Above, 5 smaller sashes. Left return has a single cell addition to right, with a pediment, and to left a single storey addition, 4 windows. Right return has a recessed centre flanked by hipped wings. Segment-arched stair window at rear. INTERIOR has a round-ended stair well with winder stair and stick balusters. Panelled round arches in entrance hall.
