Description

The footbridge on the north side of the boating lake was built between 1922 and 1928. It is constructed of ashlar and features a single segmental arch with voussoirs. The design includes a balustrade with a central pedestal and end piers. This footbridge is part of the architectural scheme for a public park developed by Sir Jesse Boot during the same period.
