Description

The Orchard Cottage is a building that combines three cottages now under one ownership. It dates from the 18th century and 19th century. The structure is made of brick, featuring grey headers and red stretchers, and has a thatched roof. It has a long rectangular shape and includes four eaves dormers with thatch that sweeps around the north side, along with end chimneys and a ridge chimney. On the north elevation, there are two 2-light casement windows with cambered heads to the left, and three more to the right of a boarded door that is located under a half-glazed gable porch.
