Description

This is a two-bay, two-storey house dating to 1776. It is built of rubblestone and has a concrete pantile roof. A datestone inscribed 'T.E.R. 1776' is set between the first-floor windows. The house has a central doorway, with oak lintels over the openings. The right-hand bay features five-pane box sash windows, while the left-hand bay contains paired casements. There is one dormer window on the right-hand side. A brick stack, shared with the property at No. 24 Church Road, is located on the right.
