Description
Griggs Farm is an 18th-century house constructed of coursed rubblestone with a concrete pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a single-storey outbuilding to the west. The central entrance features a door, and there are casement windows: a four-light window to the left and a three-light window to the right on the ground floor. The first floor includes a three-light casement window on the left and two two-light casement windows. The house has oak lintels and brick stacks at the ends. There is also a small two-storey rear extension.
