Description

Calgary House is an 18th-century house that was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed from colourwashed rubblestone and features a slate roof. The building has two bays and two storeys, although it was originally one and a half storeys before the upper storey was raised in brick, which is also colourwashed. The central door is topped by a 19th-century flat hood supported by brackets. The windows are three-pane sash types with narrow margin glazing. The house has coped gables with kneelers and brick stacks on either side. At the back, there is a two-storey rear wing.
