Description
No. 23 Victoria Street is a house with a shop, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and features a front with two window ranges. The windows to the right, above the entrance, are blank and set under segmental headed arches. The remaining windows have 4-pane plate-glass sashes set in reveals, with those on the first and second floors positioned under flat window arches. The ground floor includes a window and doorway that are both set under cambered arches with keystones. The entrance features a panelled door with a rectangular overlight above it. The building has a parapet with stone coping and a stack located to the right, as well as a plinth. This property is included for its group value.
