Description

ROCHESTER VICTORIA STREET TQ 7468 SE 10/262 No 23 GV II House with shop. Early C19. Gault brick; Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys. Front: 2 window range, the windows to the right (over the entrance) blanks under segmental headed arches. The other windows with 4-pane plate-glass sashes in reveals, these to 1st and 2nd floors under flat window arches; ground floor window and doorway under cambered arches with keystones; panelled door with rectangular overlight. Parapet with stone coping; stack to right. Plinth. Included for group value.
