Description
21 Victoria Street is a doctor's surgery that was originally a service wing, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from gault brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is a single-storey range featuring a corbelled brick cornice. It has two plate-glass sash windows set in reveals beneath rubbed-red brick window arches, with painted sills. To the left, there is a round-headed doorway that includes a panelled door and a fanlight, also featuring a rubbed-red brick arch. This building is included for its group value with No 19, which was originally listed alongside it.
