The building features rendered walls, which may include some timber framing, and has a Welsh-slate roof with a brick stack. It has a double-depth plan with a rear wing and stands three storeys tall. The narrow front displays an architraved tripartite sash window on the first floor, adorned with an enriched entablature, and a 16-pane sash window on the second floor.
